1. Check whether the configuration of the fire hydrant box is complete, including checking whether the static pressure of each fire hydrant meets the design or specification requirements, checking whether the rubber at the hydrant mouth is aging, cracked or falling off, whether the hose is moldy, whether the rubber hose is aging or cracked, and whether the broken glass button is broken.

2. Check and test the glass-breaking device of the fire hydrant, test the glass breaking button, whether the alarm bell sounds, whether the fire pump is started, whether there is an alarm signal in the fire center.

3. Check whether each valve is in normal working condition, whether it is completed and does not leak.

4. Check and maintain the water pump adapter of the fire hydrant system to ensure integrity.

5. Test the fire hydrant regularly to check whether it meets the specification or design requirements.

6. Test regularly whether the safety pressure relief valve is sensitive and reliable, and check whether the water hammer absorber works effectively.

7. Check whether the pressure reducing valve and filter of the fire hydrant pipe network are normal, and clean the filter regularly.

8. Check regularly whether the valve is flexible and effective. If the valve is not closed tightly or can’t be used flexibly, it should be repaired in time. If the contact surface of the valve is defective, it needs to be replaced. Lubricate the rotating parts and bolts of the valve.

9. Check whether the opening and closing of the check valve is flexible and effective.

10. Do a comprehensive inspection of the pipe network of the fire hydrant system regularly, replace severely corroded pipes, and remove rust and paint anti-rust paint and marking paint on pipes with peeling paint in time.

What is Fire Hose? What is Fire Hose?
Oct .13.2023
A fire hose is a highly pressurized hose that is used to bring water to the fire. It may also transport flame retardants. Fire hoses can be attached to either a fire engine or a fire hydrant, and the pressure is between 800 and 2000 kPa. For reasons of fire safety, it's quite important to have a fire hose inspection as well as all fire protection equipment tested.  If, during a fire emergency, the fire hose fails it could have disastrous results.

Waterproof Heat Detector
Fixed Temperature Waterproof Heat Detector, the detector uses a bi-metallic strip to sense temperature change, therefore consuming minimal standby current and providing high reliability.
The Detector is particularly suited to environments, which are exposed to high levels of condensation or are hosed down. The detector has a wide operating margin allowing it to respond to both slow and fast increases in temperature; it can also sense temperature reliably in a horizontal or vertical position.

The Explosion Proof range of products has been designed to provide protection against explosions and products to ensure that all major advantages of high-quality fire detection technology can be safely exploited in industrial and hazardous environments. Many difficult sites such as metal, paint, pipelines, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil refineries, and other installations are vulnerable to the risk of explosion. In order to protect the assets and people, they need special solutions for fast and reliable fire detection.
